    Service was great by the electrician and hvac individuals that did the work, thank you!! The only issue was the communication as one was verbally communicated thermostat would be included if hvac project was done, which we hired AAA and that thermostat connection never happened as mentioned by Michael L. Then we had Perry T. come and talk to me about the furnace which we couldn't afford at the moment and would get back to him on. To mention he is a specialist and also let him know about what hvac Michael had told me and he said he would get back to me. Well 3 emails sent with no reply. All I need to know is will the verbal communication provided to me by Michael going to be acknowledged or not, that's it, a simple response to the emails sent. The work is good but other things are not in my opinion and thank you.

    Called. Had Andrei come within an hour of call. Listened to what was needed and fix shower line quickly. Very polite and personable. Respectful. Knowledgeable. Would definitely call again with any of the old house issues. Even had picture of technician for safety .
